Vodacom Customer Service

Vodacom customer service it's not the best. I just tried calling so many times and still haven't been helped. I even had a chat to Tobi and couldn't help. I am really not impressed about this service at all. I have been using vodacom for years now but now their services are not customer satisfying at all.

Since Tobi said they are experiencing high volume of calls even now I am still waiting.

This thing of Chatting to Tobi doesn't really help because there's some of the things Tobi cannot help with. Kindly get call center agents to call us asap or else people will move from Vodacom SP to other SP
