Vodacom Customer Service Delivery DISGUSTING!!!

on the 07-04-2015 i walked into the Vodacom Store in Canal walk. I was due for an upgrade and was emailed by vodacom that they had a SAMSUNG S6 edge available for me. When i walked in i was assisted by a lady by the name of Roxanne, she was not able to assist me because she informed me that there was no stock available and that there was nothing she could do until the stock had arrived.
