Based on my last complaint on hello peter you claim you have contacted me. Vodacom your consultant called once at your convenience and left no voice message . I returned a call and couldn't be assisted as usual. The go in circles story. The you send the following message
Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number EC-1LTG-2D9XOP has been closed. Thank you Vodacom.
What is your game and you tell hello peter you've made contact..
