Vodacom Customer service

I did an online upgrade for 2 x devices and only 1 was delivered on 9 /11/2016. Since then i have lost count of how amny times i tried to get assistance from Vodacom. Was tranferred from upgrades to after sales and between the 2 departments nobody could help. I eventually went to a Vodacom store in ****arney Mall and they called customer services on my behalf. Spoke to the team leader Kabelo, ref : ********** 94 who vowed with his heart and soul that he cancelled my contract and arranged for the courier to collect my device on 23/12/2016. I was then advise to do a new upgrade in the store. The device was not collected and i have been charged R599.00 ********ly for 2 months. The costumer service line has been experiencing a high call volume since Jan 2017. Is there anybody at Vodacom that can help? Does it take three months for a leading service provider to resolve a query.

I still await Vodacom's call as stated " in due course".

How long is due course? My bank account has been debited in the interim and i feel that Vodacom should take urgent responsibility to have the matter resolved and process a refund.

Dear Vodacom

I still haven't received a response and just received my monthly billing. I have been charged once again for services not renderred. Kindly contact me urgently.

Kabelo - team leader. Your reference : ********** 94 is still not honoured as promised .

Absolutely pathetic service from Vodacom with no accountability.
