vodacom customer service

<p>I am so disappointed with Vodacom...I don't think that this company knows anything about good customer service and keeping their clients happy...my fiance was due for an upgrade and decided to take an IPhone 7 for me as a gift so I went back into the store the next day as I was not happy with the colour black to change it and get a gold one and the manager was so rude and he told us that it cannot be changed so now I'm stuck with a phone that I don't like for 2 years and mind you I phones are very expensive...I'm disgusted with your service Vodacom and all your stuff needs proper customer service training </p>
