Vodacom Customer query capturing
Called customer care. Had a query. on Thursday 18.05.2023 call ended at about 11:48 My query was attended to by Shireen Steenkamp. When I asked for a refence number I was told Vodacom doesn't give refence numbers for calls. So, there is a communications company who doesn't have the means to properly log customer queries. In my view very poor!!!
