Vodacom Customer Neglect

This must be the fourth complaint in this year. I am just not getting any joy from Vodacom. I called the 111 number yesterday to request electronic copies of my invoices for the period 1 March 2016 - 28 February 2017. At first I was sent a breakdown of statements and payments and not invoices and only for the last 12 months. I was informed that I had to call customer services today. I did just that and called this morning. I was on the line for 39 minutes and still I do not have the invoices. When I called customer care I was transferred at least three times from one section to the other and no one could give me statements other than for the last 12 months. None of the four people I spoke to was able to help me. I had to in the end disconnect the call as I had to board a plane and just could not hold the line anymore and no one bothered to call me back. This is most definitely not customer care or customer services. My cellphone costs are in the region of R 40 000.00 per year, but I guess that means absolutely nothing to Vodacom.

I did indeed receive invoices, but it was the wrong ones. No call from a consultant as was said in the initial response from Vodacom.
