Vodacom customer complain
The worst experience ever .i phoned vodacom in december telling them that i want to cancel both my contracts and pay off what was left .the lady i spoke to advised me that she will escalate .phoned again to cancel and this time was helped by another lady who gave me the total that i owed ,went into one of their stores in clearwater mall paid up the money and asked if both contracts were cancelled and the guy advised that i phone again to hear if there were any changes ,phoned again and explained that i will be on maternity leave in january and that i dont get a salary from the company i work for hence the reason i wanted to pay it off ,they advised that i need to pay an additional R580 and then im completly done.last week i received a statement saying i owe them R2100 and it will be deducted month end .phoned again and I been taken from pillar to post, the last guy i spoke to on friday said he escalated the matter and someone will call me in the next 48hrs ,that was friday and today i tried calling them again the lady answered as soon as i was trying to explain my story she dropped the phone .at this stage im very frustrated. The way Vodacom is handling this is really unproffesional and upsetting...I honestly do not have time, money and energy to waste on calling them daily. Why must I incessantly plead with them to cancel my contract,?when I made myself clear that I am going on maternity. Is it better for them to bkacklist people? When you pay up, they have an issue. When you don't pay up it's an issue too.
