Vodacom customer care you guys truly SUCK.

Vodacom customer care personal is the most *********** people. Whoever hires these people should be embarrassed. How do you arrange a payment plan(and mind you do to incompetence hence being in arrears) do the full amount get deducted off my account. I have struggled with Vodacom since March this year. The service is pathetic. You guys need to train your people better. And this money deducted won't be refunded it will be credited in F@#$en data. Iam beyond missed. Thanx Vodacom my kids will have to eat data for supper. The higher powers that be should look into what's happening onbthe ground. You guys are a real disappointment. I am so frustrated that being angry doesn't describe how I feel. What do I do now. Thanx Vodacom for once again showing how *********** y'all are. I give Vodacom customer care -10 stars
