Vodacom Customer Care Totally ***
Vodacom service is totally garbage - been holding on to you customer care department for hours? Been cut of about 5 times! Need to urgently sort out a matter on my account! You are forever requesting customers to rate your customer care service, but it is still pathetic - you are a sad reflection of the state of the country!
