Vodacom customer care SUCKS Migrating number to prepaid

On 20 August 2019 I requested for a contract to be cancelled but no must be migrated to prepaid on no *** reference Musi 200819. Contract was cancelled by vodacom on 30 September and so was number deleted. I have been phoning non stop every day numerous times spending hours on phone to ***. Musi,Bheki, Pricilla, Jason, Bobogiso, Eunice and various other people. Everyone has a different answer. Reference 1 October 2019 A8-RPT3-WWZI. Excuses of it will be rectified in 1 hour, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, it is with back office, given to technical department reference closed and logg again. Emails been send to back office we can not deal with them, no supervisor, emailed admin but can not cc me in. Just to be notified today by Eunice that number was not used ever, listened to conversations and never mentioned that I need number to be migrated. If number wasn't ever used, I insit that 24 months of contract money must be paid back. Why would i waist my time to request repeatedly. Further i was notified that take out new contract then vodacom will activate number again. Think a request of all voice recordings for law suite will be in order. Been accountant and working on hourly rate will further request time spend with *********** staff of vodacom with no consistent answers to pay for lost time. No banking can be done with this number not been activated. On top of this my son who uses this number in high profile position was told that he is now losing his job because of not been able to communicate with all that is known on number. Erina Pretorius *** contact me!
