Vodacom Customer Care Services? On line sales
Vodacom Customer service. Poor customer service received from. Vodacom Customer Services. To date I still do not have my products, however my bank account has been faithfully debited already. Nobody seems able to assist with my request - simply give me the products I'm been debited for. I have indicated that I can collect ftom Vodacom Bedfordview but this apparently cannot be done until Vodacom sort out their internal process logistics with courier company Skynet!!
Worst service ever!!!! To matters even worse - Nobody can provide you with a Complaints contact number or anyone in Management to this out!!!
Disappointed customer.
