Vodacom Customer Care Proses and System is Totally useless
I ordered clothing on the Vodapay app a month ago. Been trying to track my order for the past 10 days. Keep on getting the same reply. Your order is with our courier partner and will be delivered within 72 hours. Tried using their Bot Tobi to speak to an agent. Eventually got to an agent who gave me another number to call. Surprise Surprise, the new number took me right back to the automated answering service with the same otions. Really frustrated, they have my money and there is NO way to get hold of someone that can assist!!!!!
