vodacom customer care (menlyn)

Booked in my Samsung gear with Vodacom customer care Menlyn .. everything went well until they sent it back from Vodacom world .. Vodacom Menlyn NEVER answer there phone so I don't know whey they give out to phone if you want to know the status on your repair , I didn't received one message back from them to let me know if its done .. I gave them my charging bracket with my Samsung gear watch and didn't received it back , they said they will order me a new one and I'm still waiting from 20.08.15 nothing is happening ?! Some people have to make less promises and start doing there work !!
