Vodacom customer care is useless

Vodacom customer service is useless. I emailed them a formal request in December 2020 for change of account where my debit order is to go off, I also followed up on that email early January 2021. They have not come back to me regarding the issue and they continue to debit an account I no longer use, costing me on bank charges with the bank. If anyone cares about my business, please contact me or else we are done for good.
