Vodacom customer care is the worst experience.

I am overseas and trying to get Vodacom to activate my SMS roaming. This has been a complete nightmare! Whenever I travelled abroad previously, it would be on roaming automatically, now it's not and I can't get them to help me. I am on the verge of cancelling all my contracts and moving to another operator.
