Vodacom Customer Care Gem - BENINE! Outshines their awful Vodacom Shop Brackenfell HyperMarket
i was pleasantly surprised to receive absolutely amazing service on the 135 Customer Care number, by a young lady named Benine. What a gem! Polite, friendly, helpful and compassionate to our situation. After receiving appalling service from the Vodacom Shop at the Brackenfell Hypermarket, i was reluctant to even remain with Vodacom. But thanks to Benine 's stunning service, i have chosen to stick with them. Thanks Benine! And shame on you Vodacom Brackenfell Hypermarket. I ended up helping an elderly walk in client in their shop, since the "Tech person" was totally disinterested, he was more interested in chatting on his phone than helping clients. AWFUL
