Vodacom customer care

Vodacom customer care did phone to say we can upgrade on our data contract with a huawei model b535-932a. When we open our router there was no antennas included. We did phone vodacom customer care to inform them but the consultant say there is nou antennas included how us it possible. A router without antennas but the pamflet say there must be antennas. My router will not getgood signal. I need assistance. But the feedback was poor. FW Snyman Id :***
