Vodacom Customer Care- Doesnt care about their Cus

i had a contact with Vodacom for an S4, i recently upgraded to an S6 edge on this contact, however i required the copy of the contract i took from Vodacom for the S4 to have the screen fixed at Samsung for almost two weeks they haven't me the contract, when i ask them why, they say they don't know all they can do is log a request on the system to send that department a message to find out why? i don't want to know why i just want a copy of my contact. it shows that even though i called them about 6 times in the last two weeks no one at vodacom wants to help me they just dont care bout there customers, the call it Customer care they should say call customers- don't care!
