Vodacom Customer Care Does not exist.

I bought data this morning and did not receive it. When I call the customer care line it gives me all the options except the one I need, or the option to speak to a human. I have even tried speaking to the Bot it can't help me. Then it gives me the customer care line to speak to a human. It is very frustrating. It is not the first time I've tried to use the customer care line, I just gave up the last time I had an issue.
