Vodacom customer care does not care

Not getting my accounts mailed to me as requested and confirmed a while ago by vodacom. My query gets a response to provide my info to verify. I do this and they say its not correct. I am sick and tired of Vodacom shunting me around. Each time I have a problem its the same thing.<br> <br> Poor,poor handling of customers
