Vodacom Customer Care DOES NOT CARE!!!!

Vodacom Customer Care DOES NOT care about it's customers! Afyer 39 phone calls to a variety of numbers with keypad options that have noting to do with the query, I am about to get in my car and drive to the Head Office.

After lodging a service ticket this cell PHONE company cannot even bother to call the customer but merely dismisses the ticket without dealing with all parts of the query. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to anyone that can actually help - all the while VODACOM just debits your account with more than R500 that was agreed to!!! Sending emails also does not help - these are also completely ignored! This company cares about money only - not the customer!!!
