Vodacom Customer Care consultant

I called Customer Care today since they seem to have given up on assisting with my un-delivered order placed on 28 Nov 2023. The lady, whatever her name is, put the phone down ... Hopefully this can be traced since they asked for my number 3x because this is just too much - First no delivery, then extremely rude service staff
