Vodacom customer care centre noisy and disrupting

When one calls Vodacom and speaks to a consultant, there is far too much basckground noise. One can hear the other consultants laughing and shouting and its really disrupting and makes it very hard to hear and understand what the consultant is saying. Surely this can be reduced or suppressed?
