Vodacom customer care

I have been trying to get someone to talk to me at Vodacom. 082135 is useless you can only run through a preset number of options none which cover my query and no option to talk to someone. TOBi there AI bot is a joke, its artificial but not intelligent

Chat line on website is not working is also not working - so much for their hi tech image.

This the most frustrating experience on getting someone to resolve my issue. Which is - why does the app and website not allow me to redeem my talking points for data. Continually claims it has a technical problem.

Vodacom do not really care for their customers to bother them they make it impossible to speak to anyone without driving out to one of their stores, where I will probably waste my time as they refer to the 082135 number.
