Vodacom customer care

<p>Vodacom, are you not disgusted by your very very poor customer service?since teusday i have been trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone to assist me. today i got through to a guy on 111...asks me what my problem is, puts me on hold for 23minutes and drops the line!! does vodacom call centres not have management that watches the agents behaviour and phone etiket? vodacom is rediculous in more ways than one.</p>
