VODACOM CUSTOMER CALL CENTRE IS NOT WORTH THE CALL YOU MAKE!!!!

I have a serious problem with Vodacom and the competency of their consultants.

Since December 2016 until the last statement I received for March 2017 I have been billed twice for the same number. I have made numerous calls to the customer care centre. I have sent numerous emails and I have received numerous emails but the problem remains. I have been sent from pillar to post (from one department to the next). Not one consultant has been able to identify the problem and solve it!!!! Every consultant has a different story and different advice. I really question the competency of the Vodacom staff at the call centre. I have been into one of the Vodacom Outlets in Klerksdorp where the owner has tried to assist me by also making calls to the call centre. My account is one big mess. The consultants assure me that credit notes have been captured. What is so scary is that the credit notes do not match up with either of the totals of the double debits. Then another call is logged to investigate the difference and they take their time. Now this has been ongoing for 4 months now and the problem has not been solved. I am left in the dark with no feedback lately and what makes me so livid is that they earn themselves the right to debit my account with amounts that are not due to them and a consultant went as far as saying that "there will be no repayment it has to stay in Vodacom's system until it is depleted". I am penalised for there mistakes and I am speaking of close to R2000 per month. It is as if there is a barrier you bump into everytime you make a call to a Vodacom Customer Centre because no one can direct your call to a senior consultant or to a competent manager to solve your problem. Vodacom is very competent in debiting your account monthly no matter what. This is totally unacceptable and I cannot think of anybody that will tolerate such a situation. I have had it with Vodacom. I am running a business of my own and I do not need or expect my clients to tell me or remind me to do my work properly because I take full responsibility.
