Vodacom Customer ******** center

I have phone Vodacom customer care center today 5 times in which 3 of the operators dropped the call on me, 1 registered my voice recognition without verifying any of my personal details so anyone could make the call and say they are me and get all my information in doing so...a very BIG no no for Vodacom as this exposes my personal information!!!<br> <br> The last operator was unable to get any of the managers at Vodacom customer care to speak to me as all of them were in a \meeting"at that time...how convenient!!!<br> <br> Vodacom is the worst service provider and I will be migrating to Cell C as well as convince each and every person I meet to do the same!!!<br> """
