Vodacom Customer Blacklisting ****
Vodacom has blacklisted me on claims that I owe them when I dont. They cant even pick up my name or account in their system to indicate my debt and how much it is. It has been over 2 years dealing with this issue. They referred me to some debt collection company, Burnard Raaff & Associates, which issued me a letter in June 2018 saying that they are confirming that I do not owe Vodacom and my name will removed from the credit bureau within 7 days. To date this has not happened.
