Vodacom Customer and Support Service
I had a query on my account which I logged on 2 May 2024. The gentleman who assisted me was extremely helpful and gave me a call back within 2 hours to let me know the query was send to the support team and I would get a reply within 3 to 7 working days. I received a call on 3 May 2024 from the support team, who was also very helpful and professional. My query was resolved within a day. For this service I rate them 5 stars
