vodacom custoer service going downhill
Can I rate it -10 stars. I have been with Vodacom for 20 years. I am struggling with them from the 3rd of jan to get an upgrade with a working phone. all of the people I have contacted(about 20) are so rude and not willing to help. all of them with different stories and excuses.
