Vodacom CS is getting worse

Hi there

This is ridiculous. No one is getting back to me. I've been promised how many times. Vodacom you are pathetic.

Every person i speak to promises to call however nothing. Insurance Dept say they took over they previous company so they can't back date cancelling my insurance. They quick to take your money. If i owed money the would collect and you wouldn't hear we a took over we will write off arrears.

Vodacom your service sucks and i'm getting no joy. I get a standard response to every complaint i send but no one gets back to me
