Vodacom Cruelty

Hi I would like to share the cruelty and injustice that was done to me by this stupid company group they call Vodacom they deleted my mobile number which I had with them since 2007 permanently today without any notification or warning I tried to call them to explain that the number I have it's the only one and it's my life all my c.v that I have submitted for employment purposes have that number on it and was currently communicating with south african police services regarding my employment which they say there was *******ion done with my recruitment process back in 2020 and now they are busy with investigations and using that number to reach me now that vodacom has permanently deleted my number means my life is over and any chance I had of getting a call from one of the many companies I submitted my c.v online or physically is gone vodacom dint even want to understand and have compassion the lady told me there is nothing they can do when the administrator has spoken vodacom is cruel I did explain back then that I lost my job and they transferred my number from contract to prepaid they told me that they will take it back to contract once I have started to pay when I have found employment out of the blue my number is cut off no message no warning this company is cruel seriously am in tears even with the explanation that it's the only number I have since 2007 still they cut it off vodacom is cruel and I wish south africa to take note that they only care when you in good standing once u lose ur job and can't afford to pay then u useless to them
