Vodacom ******!-Ref.***

Around November/December 2016 Vodacom called me with an offer of adding an extra R150 onto my existing R200/pm contract since they noticed I keep buying airtime on the account. They said I had until the end of the month to cancel if I was unsure about taking the contract. Noticing the woman sounded quite desperate, I called in a couple days later to ensure this contract was NOT activated and cancelled it if it had. I was assured then by the consultant that all was in order.

Upon recieving my invoice I was shocked to find out that this extra R150 contract had been forced onto me and that I was being billed for it! I contacted Vodacom and eventually spoke to an employee named Matemane on the 07/03/2017, who assured me that the service would discontinue and resume to the normal billing as per contract agreement. He also mentioned that a credit note was in place and would be actioned to put the billing back in sync.

Now, in April already, I decided to check the balance on my account and was blown away to find out I would be owing R1868.00. Apparently almost 2months later the credit note has stll not been actioned and Vodacom, after all my chasing around and numerous phone calls has the nerve to charge me for a migration that I DID NOT even ask for or want in the first place. This migration fee apparently also includes a second contract I have which was not even mentioned but still billed for? Today the amount of R1868.00 has been deducted from my bank account and all that Elsie Seabie from Solutions Department can tell me is that they will investigate why the credit note from almost 2months ago did not go off before the payment went off today? If this is not *****ery then I don't know what is! #Disgruntled12yearcustomer!
