Vodacom ****** !!!

I have requested technician to come out to our house for the past 2 years and am still waiting and begging them on the phone. They keep promising me call backs and they never call even when i tell them that they never call back. A supervisor named Chasman from the cape town branch has **** to me on two occasions now that he will get back to me and has not. Vodacom is the most unprofessional company i have ever worked with, they take your money and forget you, ****** !!!!
