Vodacom ******

I've been calling vodacom several time trying to cancel a call tune on my vodacom number, however I'm not winning, when I call the contact center there's no human assistance on optimized system with no direction on how to cancel the service being deducted on my number whilst I didn't sign up for any, vodacom is benefitting from caller tunes as clients are being billed for something they didn't sign up for. Vodacom please solve this and stop being *******. I didn't give any consent.
