Vodacom Cresta - Wilson

Vodacom Cresta - Wilson aka Wilsy tells me multiple times the phone comes with a case....it did not. He proceeded to laugh with his colleague AT ME, saying they always tell the customer AFTERWARDS of the hidden costs. After multiple requests, I still don't have my signed contract, absolute disgrace treating a customer like this. He said i have no choice, no point in reading the contract. I would not deal with this branch again! Humiliating.
