Vodacom Cresta Shop U58 Pathetic Service From Them.

I booked in my phone at Vodacom Cresta to be sent for repairs on Saturday 13/02/2021. I was told that I will get an SMS stating that I have booked in my phone and was told that my phone will be collected on Monday. I was also provided with a number for the repair center.

I called the repair center and they haven't received my phone. I tried calling Vodacom Cresta (shop U58) since from 10:00am and no one picked up the phone. Around 14:40 I then called the Vodacom 4U store and I told the gentle men that answered the phone my story and he said he will go to that store and tell them to answer the phone. After 5 min I called and they answered.

The consultant that answered the phone took down my details and he said consultant that assisted me on Saturday will call me back after 15min.

15min has passed and I am still waiting for a consultant to call me. I am in a process of getting fiber with Vodacom and I don't see that happening after the pathetic service I have received.
