VODACOM CRESTA REPAIRS...WHAT REPAIRS???

<p>My Samsung device has been booked in at the Cresta branch for repairs.Hardly two weeks went by and the device came back from repairs.They've sent the device back without even assessing it because it came back with the same paperwork that it was sent with.The device is giving me exactly the same problems as before it went in for repairs.If it's not one thing then it's another with Vodacom.I think it's time to give other service providers a chance and see whether they can actually provide a SERVICE!!!!!!!!!</p>
