Vodacom cresta repair center

I took my phone in over 3 weeks ago for a fActory fault. I have called and gone to the cresta repair center and noone knows where my phone is but yet the system says its at the cresta repair center. I am paying for a phone that is faulty and has been sitting somwhere for the over 3 weeks. Im so upset.
