Vodacom Cresta Mall I competency

I decided to convert my prepaid Sim card into a contract with vodacom not realizing what a disaster it would be. Vodacom not only uses the incorrect number to create my contract, but then says they cannot assist me with correcting it. I contacted them a week after taking out my contract to find out what the status was as I did not receive any data or airtime on my current Sim card. I kept on getting told that it was still being processed. After endless effort of trying to find out how long it takes to get processed, I was told the contract was taken out on the wrong number.

I decided to go into the store and sort this mess out. It's been 6 months and I've not had any cooperation.

Does anyone know who I can contact to have this issue resolved?

Thank you for contacting me with regards to my query, however, it seems as if the vodacom shop does not want to cooperate with me as they cannot give me a status update on my query. Please advise on a way forward as I cannot continue to pay for services which I cannot make use of.
