Vodacom Cresta False Promotions / LG G5

<p>There was a fathersday promotion advertised that if you purchased an LG G5, you will get a free Power Pack between 16 /6/2016 and 26/62016.</p> <p>My purchase was on 23/6/2016. I went back one 26/6/2016 to get the details of where the proof of purchase must be sent. There was not one LG rep insight but a few Huawei reps. A Vodacom staff member told me that I can only get it from there. Shortly after I went to Westgate Vodacom where I was told that only Cresta branch can give me the details.</p> <p> </p> <p>So after a run around and getting no joy, I was admitted to hospital and just after discharge, I went to Vodacom Cresta. I finally found a LG rep how gave me the info. </p> <p> </p> <p>Know they claim submission time expired and I disagree due to their lack of service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you resolve this matter and send me my power pack.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
