VODACOM CRESTA A DISGRACE

Sunday 6 Feb 2022: this store is an ongoing disgrace. We went to repair / replace a cellphone. We waited aimlessly for someone to assist. There was a young white woman chatting away by one of the help stations who saw us waiting for assistance and just continued with indifference. I thought she was a customer the way she was chatting away. When she finally came over she was clueless how to help telling us to go to Fourways but too lazy to find out if they could actually assist today. I asked her why she just left us waiting while chatting away. Her ridiculous answer was that 13:20 she was busy on the phone with a client. Maybe the owner of this franchise should check her story out and perhaps teach her to assist first who has made an effort to come into your store. Your apologies for terrible service are hollow because your bad service continues.
