Vodacom / CreditWorx completely incomeptent

<p>In June 2015 Vodacom tried to charge me R5777 for data that I did not use. After not being able to supply me with the URLS or actually prove their case, they conceded and reduced my bill to what it should have been - this was done in April 2016.</p> <p>In between this time they sold my account for the full amount to a *********** debt collector who keeps on harassing me for close to R8000 even after I have explained the full story to them. I get nasty sms's from them saying I must pay them - vodacom are useless at sorting this out - have called them numerous times and have given that up - so tell me what do I do - because the next thing now is to try and convince everyone i know to change operators. Useless, ***********, ineffectual, uns****ed – that’s how I describe Vodacom – not dissimilar to the current government. Move operators people - Cell C offer you a whole lot more.</p> <p> </p>
