VODACOM CREDIT NOTE

On the 28 February I received a confirmation email and letter from Vodacom stating that a credit in the amount of R7646.08 excluding VAT (Total Credit Due R8 716.53) will be passed on my account due to an abnormally high data usage discrepancy.

It is now almost 2 months later - no credit has passed - and all my services has been suspended on all my 5 cellphone accounts. I have been a client of Vodacom for the past 20 years and have never missed a payment. Surely this is now affecting my overall credit rating!!!!!!!

On a daily basis i get transferred from one department to another. I WILL be moving my business to different service provider. I suggest someone contact me ASAP. Not a consultant, or another useless call centre employee, but someone who actually has some authority. If someone takes 10mins out of their day to attend to this, it will save hours of my life.

Please bear in mind that my business is suffering as a result of the suspension...
