Vodacom - Crazy how bad it gets

Vodacom is so big that you are just you "Account Number". Calling them is a waste of money and time. The sad part is that even if they make mistakes you need to fix it and they don't really care about you, all they want is your money even if you have given them your money and they think that you have not because of their own short comings. In this country you don't have any other options but to choose from Bad, badder and baddest.
