Vodacom coverage dropped
For years I have used Vodacom and have been impressed with the 4G coverage I have had. For months now I have had endless issues with coverage particularly with data connectivity. I have not moved areas and where I once had 4G I now have no connectivity. I have called the help center and nothing has worked. I have changed handsets too and when I visit other areas the signal quality is excellent. Why is it that an area once covered with 4G now has basically no coverage? I am not the only one struggling. I feel of the issue can’t be resolved that my contract should be canceled so that I can move to a network that gives me what I pay for
