Vodacom courier does not deliver

Vodacom's courier does not deliver. Package due for delivery on Thursday is now only going to be delivered on Monday. See interaction with Nicoleze below:

My parcel was due to be delivered yesterday. It was not delivered and I was told it would be delivered today. I made it clear to all involved that I was unavailable after 10am. Why has delivery not taken place yet? K ********** 09:38 Good day, the order is out for delivery , we do not work on a estimate time , I can get the courier to contact you 1 hour before I arranged to be in the office yesterday to receive my parcel - the courier did not deliver. I am not in the office all day today, hence why delivery was not scheduled for today to begin with. Kindly find out where your driver is. Seeing as my package was due to be delivered yesterday I expect to be at the top of the list for today's delivery. Unfortunately the order can only be delivered on Monday , as the couriers already left the warehouse for deliveries .
