Vodacom couldn't find it's way out of a wet paper bag!

On Sunday 25th my phone was ******, I called Vodacom immediately and they assured me the phone was blocked. Due to the quick thinking of my colleagues, my phone was recovered. Imagine how surprised I was. I called Vodacom back and was told i needed to complete a form and email it back with a copy of my id. I drove to my office to get the email but it never came... its Tuesday now and I still haven't seen the email. Now all of a sudden my phone is blocked AND I STILL DON"T HAVE AN EMAIL... I called and spoke to a very pleasant young man who had to inform me that their systems were offline, I could he was frustrated as he was determined to help me. But this is absolutely RIDICULOUS! If the document was emailed as promised, it would have been submitted the same day and I wouldn't have to go through this nonsense. Vodacom used to be my favourite provider but that opinion is changing VERY QUICKLY.
