This useless company give in all the reviews the same reply - thanking you for making us aware of your complaint bla bla bla .... .</p> <p>as stated in my review they never contacted you which was exactly what happened to me. my emails are again this morning not working.</p>

oh no, again a standard business reply. i have now received a second ref no a2-1z56-4l01dr informing me i will be contacted within two working days. if i am lucky to indeed receive a call it will probably again from some one who can not solve the problem. meantime my office came to a stand still. i am considering legal steps and a claim for damages against vodacom.
